Prof. Yessoufou Kowiyou presented a keynote talk titled Phylogeny, Biomes, and Space Jointly Structure Plant-Use Diversity Across Eurasia at the 2026 Advanced Skill Course: “From Field to Lab – Research and Strategies in Aquatic and Environmental Sciences” on 5 May 2026 at the University of Johannesburg. The presentation explored how evolutionary history, environmental regions, and geographical space influence the diversity of plant use across Eurasia.
